Return Policy

Effective date: October 1, 2025

We stand behind our work and want you to be thrilled with your printing. Please read this carefully—custom printing is unique.

Custom items (most of our work)

  • No refunds or cancellations once production has started. Production includes purchasing materials, printing, cutting, finishing, or otherwise beginning work on your order.
  • If we make a mistake, we will make it right. For defects caused by us (wrong quantity, wrong stock, wrong size, significant print defects, or errors that differ from your approved proof), we will refund or reprint at no cost—your choice.
  • Report issues within 7 calendar days of delivery or pickup with clear photos and your order number.

Non-custom items (if applicable)

Unopened, unused non-custom merchandise may be returned within 30 days for a refund minus shipping. Contact us for an RMA first.

Color variance

Minor color variations from screen to print (RGB→CMYK) and normal trimming tolerances are expected in commercial printing and are not defects.

Shipping damage or lost packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days. We’ll help file a carrier claim and will reprint or refund once the claim is verified.

Customer-supplied files

We are not responsible for errors present in customer-supplied, print-ready files (spelling, grammar, layout, low resolution). Request design assistance if you need help.

Cancellations before production

Orders canceled before production may be refunded minus any design time already incurred and payment processing fees.

In no case is Coleman Barker Printing, Inc. or its affiliates liable for loss of business; incidental or consequential damages; or costs in excess of billing for services related to the specific job. Coleman Barker Printing, Inc. is also not liable for returned mail pieces that are undeliverable for any reason. ALL PURCHASES OR SALES ARE SUBJECT TO THE INDEMNIFICATION, LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND BINDING ARBITRATION TERMS ABOVE.

If you dispute any charge that is made to your credit/debit card, you agree that Coleman Barker Printing, Inc. may authorize a thirdparty vendor to handle and seek to resolve such dispute on Coleman Barker Printing, Inc.’s behalf, which may include Coleman Barker Printing, Inc. providing vendor with the following information: your name, physical address, email address, phone number and the first 6 and last 4 digits of your credit/debit card number. You agree that Coleman Barker Printing, Inc. may provide such information to the third-party vendor and that the third-party vendor may further disclose that information to your credit/debit card company, the bank issuing the credit/debit card and Coleman Barker Printing, Inc.’s merchant processing company for the purpose of resolving the dispute. Coleman Barker Printing, Inc. will endeavor to have the third party vendor agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information.

If you dispute valid charges made by Coleman Barker Printing, Inc. to your credit/debit card and your dispute is subsequently found to be fraudulent, you agree to reimburse Coleman Barker Printing, Inc.’s expenses, including bank’s and attorney’s fees incurred in connection with resolving the dispute.
